Oh, I'm not all that swift tonight. Tired and trying to get motivated to go wash the bird poop outta my birkenstock.
I bet if his DNF rate stays at 3/4 over the season he won’t be signed anymore. Contracts are only worth what someone is willing to pay to get out of it. I think Rins will be fine and will probably have a better DNF rate than Cal come season’s end. Maybe that should be standard language now. “If you out crash Crutchlow we can sack you at the end of the season.”
Hey, he’s fun. He provides color. Like a crazy guy yelling on the street corner. Maybe he’ll get that new swing arm and do worse. Just like that Yamaha fuel tank few years back.
If the bike is right, Iannone is one of the few talented enough to run and intimidate MM. If Suzuki could provide a consistent bike, I’d put a win on him!
Why don't you apply for a MGP Race Director position then?? Please?? You could share your mass of knowledge with the entire motorcycling world!!! WE NEED YOU!!!! HELP US!!!!
Like many sports stars, so he's not alone in this regard. The solution is sign him to one-year contracts
I said signing him was a mistake from day 1. I'm honestly more interested in what Zarco does. He reminds me of another rider who was fast on a satellite bike. Who signed with an unproven factory effort. Who then demolished everyone. I would really like to see Zarco do that.
Btw, Karel Abraham has to be the dnf king in recent motogp history [even more than depuniet]. No other rider has more dnf's than Karel, if I am not mistaken. His crew chief prob gets drunk when karel makes it to the cool down lap
you talkin about a bike that Capirossi got a bunch of podiums on? who is arguably not as good of a rider as Rossi? or the one that Troy Bayliss swooped in like a phantom ringer on to school everyone a couple times? that bike?
Will you still say that when he is ahead of Rins at the end of the year? Their biggest mistake was letting Asparagus go. Rins is good but I don't think he'll ever be great.
