2017 Hotbodies kit on Gen 2 SV650?

Has anyone tried fitting the new 2017 Hotbodies kit onto a Gen 2 SV650s yet?
Was curious how well it fit and/or modifications needed.
It sounds like the 2017 bike might be a little more narrow than the older model.
Debating on which bodywork kit to install.

not like you don't know a paint guy that can make sure everything fits and lines up

 

Interested to get feedback on this as well. I have been considering buying the kit and making it work on my Gen 1.

 

Right now as it stands ill receive the first available set to the public in two weeks. Then come late March they should become more available

 

I was wondering why anyone would buy HB stuff but then I saw this on their website and I want to be as bad ass as this!

Because they make a great product for the price point they sell. Want the look, feel and finish of a 2 grand set of plastic? Buy a 2 grand set of plastic. Want a good budget set of plastic at a low price and don't mind putting the work in? Buy Hotbodies.

 

It is going on a 3rd gen sv. However I ordered2 sets so we could def try them on a 2nd gen.

 

Alot closer than I would prefer however its out of my hands
