Do they make a kit for a 2012 triumph 675 in avio fiber? And do the make frame/swingarm covers for the same model?

Unfortunately, the Daytona 675 is the one kit that Carbonin has not developed bodywork or carbon accessories for yet... We really wish they would as we need a set of carbonin bodywork for our 2013 Supersport Daytona 675R. When we visited the Carbonin factory in slovenia earlier this year, they told us it was not developed yet because they have not worked with a road racing team who had a 675.

What exactly is "Avio Fiber"? I can't find any information, no links to manufacturer or anything else. Can you provide any technical details?

 

"Avio-fiber Fairing (reinforced with carbon) - These are the latest generation of fairings in the fibre glass sector which are made by laminating fibre glass fabrics using processes which are very similar to the ones in carbon fibre production. The end result is a a product which is free of all the usual classic fibre glass defects as they have a higher elasticity and are more flexible. The finish is the same as the one found on all fibre glass products (white gloss) which allows the fairing to be painted as normal to achieve a flawless product."

"High-end companies will use two to three layers of carbon fiber. Sometimes a silk glass product is used to seal the edges and overlapping carbon fiber is used to prevent splinters and smooth transitions in layers. This silk glass product is called Avio-fiber; it is extremely expensive but results in a lightweight, superior product"

"New avio fibre fairings (epoxy resin) is alternative to standard fibre glass fairings (gfk) because it is lighter, flexible and stronger."

Fit and finish is outstanding. I've had this tail on and off a dozen times. Still lines up perfectly and is very solid. Can't wait to get the upper/lower/WSBK intake tubes! Mark @ H(2)R hooked me up, great product, better people.
