I agree Chris should state that he made an error in sticking up for F.B. Sr, based on Sr's half of the story, but to call him a thief for doing so is a bit of a stretch.
Dood, that is awesome! I hope folks appreciate this word play in light of the seemingly nefarious reasons for starting a new account and throwing shade under the guise of genuine questions about stickers.
Are you sure you want to stand up for the alleged ? It didn't work out so well for the last guy. Sometimes it's best to shut up and watch. Alleged is a strong word, in some cases. I'm really just investigating a small business I'm giving consideration to with a series of legitimate questions that any legitimate businessman would be happy to answer, legitimately. Being legitimate is the only way to be legit.
I've already provided my opinion on both Chris and the whole deal with the OP. I think that Chris stood up for his friend/client, based on one side of the conversation. In my opinion, that's understandable, but in the end, should try to lever Sr. to do the right thing by the builder and the buyer. I think that Sr. hosed the builder and the buyer, and should make it right. I think that Chris' business is legit, and above the reproach and concern you seem to have about its legitimacy.
Are you suggesting that one ought be "above the threshold at which cessation of operations is no longer feasible"?
His trolling point is that when you stand up for a scumbag your integrity, morals and legitimacy come into question as well. But I don't think he did anything wrong other than stand up for a client(?), friend(?), whatever...
On the sticker issue, the only thing Kruzel could possibly be in violation of is infringement of copyright - and in order to be so, he would have to have been provided a C&D order previously mentioned by the holder of that copyright. Copyrights must be actively defended; there is no law saying that just because person A owns a copyright to a design that person B can't duplicate it. Person A must C&D person B. Only then does the law get involved. So, blashfield fella, that's the answer to your question. If DrippinWet hasn't been told to stop, he is in absolutely no legal danger.
