I have a 13 YZ450. I'm assuming that the stock triples and forks would fit, would just have to play around with fork length I guess. I'm definitely interested. Just need to think it through a little bit. Are you going to be at the next Road America round and would you have room to haul it there? I live just a couple miles from Parrish and I'll see if he'll haul it back from there for me.
Stock front end will bolt up. missing bottom bearing race. I will be there and could probably squeeze it in.
Lots and LOTS of years of Yamaha dirty bike front ends will bolt right up. My 1992 WR250ZD is sporting a 2009 YZ450 front end including clamps, Yamaha really only played around with steering stem length over the years, ODs / bearings are the same, and when in doubt, you can just press new stems into old clamps and vice versa.
LT500. The important mod was adding room for the exhaust to go through the middle of the frame which should make this easy to adapt any 2t engine.
