XR70 Questions

So, I'm getting this used xr70 from a guy at work for my kids Xmas. It's a '99 or 2000 model, the old style white color scheme. The bike has been ridden pretty regularly, but never raced or abused. Decals are faded, seat is torn, but mechanically it works like it's supposed to.

1: What's it worth?

2: Will parts for newer 01-06 models interchange?

3: Will graphics kits for newer 01-06 models interchange?

that must be a 99 or older. i have a 00 and it doesnt have the white frame. i've had mine 2 yrs, obviously bought it used, but mine was perfect mechanically except the tank decals. i think i paid 7 or 8 hundred for it.

dont know about parts interchangeability.

 

Fenders and plastics are white, seat is red.

Thanks. The sites I'm seeing only seem to show listings for the newer stuff, but I'm hoping it can mostly be adapted. My toolkit has the requisite dremel, duct-tape and safety wire...
