    HPPT !!!

I remember someone here imagining that he was at some point. Can't quite remember who it was, though.

I thought it was Honda… but whats up with Mackenzie is he going to wsbk or what. Is this new Yamaha team dead in the water?

GMT94, I saw you said their move to sbk was delayed is that still holding true?

  6. HPPT

    HPPT !!!

Yeah, contract was signed in the spring. All that's missing in it is the rider's name.

    Probably at least once more.

Apologies, I'm on international work travel and brain is very fried.

Just to dig my hole a little deeper, is Gagne in contention for a GMT seat?

Guilty. Twas me who wondered if he was let go at LCR if he might take Nozane's seat since I think a Japanese manufacturer would love to have a really fast Japanese rider from MotoGP to throw in their WSBK ride

Now he's free to spend the rest of the season punting the other Yamaha riders, willy-nilly.

Trainwreck I could give a heck

Do you guys think if Ai Ogura decided that he was interested in moving up to GP, that would have opened up Taka to move into the WSBK paddock? From what I remember, Ogura said he wanted to stay another year in Moto2. I wonder if Honda would have moved one of the other Honda Racing Factory boys to the satellite team, and tried to keep Taka, or if they'd have let him go entirely..

  18. HPPT

    HPPT !!!

Ogura agreeing to terms with Honda would have sent Taka back to Japan as a test rider.
Told y'all it was done. What am I, chopped liver? :D

So Laverty and Nozane out of WSBK and Aegerter and Gardner in. Seems to be adding to the depth of the 4-10 battles. I’ll wait and see on GG as to where he moves within that group.
