wow… haven’t thought about this in decades… remember the Seca II challenge? Man those guys pounded the shit out of each other and the bikes always smoked… when they were on track it looked like a blown engine but it was just all the valve seals puffing blue oil smoke out of every corner… and they were new…
I was at the track yesterday saw the cars in the garage but didn't put the pieces together. Y'all know I'm slow.
Someone is getting a trip to D.C. National infrastructure fkups don't get a slap on the wrist. But the way they suck each other's dicks it might be a fine.
It will definitely be fine. Crowdstrike colluded with the FBI to cover up Hillary's server/Russia collusion scam. They're "connected"
Generally speaking the contracts one agrees to when buying into software like Crowdstrike pretty well insulates them from liability. They didn't get pounded when they caused a similar outage a couple years ago on the linux side either for comparison.
Friday morning at 6:30 was dropping off a business associate from China at the Columbus Ohio Airport. The Line for United check in was almost out the door, Southwest no line, American line short, maybe 10 minute wait. His flight on AA to Hartford, CT through Charlotte was cancelled, easily re-booked to JFK, had about a 4 hour delay from the original schedule. Returned home, switched vehicles to the truck, off to friends house to load his Vintage Flat-track bike, then off to the races at Wauseon, OH for the Vintage flattrack races. Friend finished 8th in Vintage twins, Pretty good for first ride in two years. Wondered why with good cell signal, I could not access many websites. Didn't know what was going on until returned home that night.
Yes, but we can't check in to our hotels. So there's that. You can mobile order Dunkin, but not Starbucks. We have gas, we have coffee, we're GOING!
Yeah. But if they were "negligent" and pushed an update that wasnt fully tested then a lot of courts may side with throwing their liability waiver in the contract out. And how could this have happened if they tested this update properly?
Instead of citing a puff piece from a D.C. lapdog, how about sharing a factual article complete with quotes from sworn testimony straight from the horses mouth. https://www.realclearinvestigations...d_no_proof_of_russian_hack_of_dnc_123596.html
