POLE POSITION: Right LENGTH: 4.276 Km CORNERS: 17 RIGHT CORNERS: 7 LEFT CORNERS: 10 START/FINISH STRAIGHT: 0.546 Km All Times are Eastern - looks like Friday practice isn't televised https://www.worldsbk.com/en/videos/2022/2022 WorldSBK Argentina Circuit Info Three race weekends to go, but it doesn't look like there's much anyone can do to stop Bautista from taking the 'ship.
Done as in take the title? There's 72 points on offer each weekend between the Saturday race (25 pts), the Sunday morning SuperPole Race (12 points) and the Sunday afternoon race (25 points). Toprak would have to score no points and be out for the remaining 2 races after this weekend, but that will still leave Ray with the barest of mathematical chances. Conversely, Bautista would have to throw away at least an entire weekend's worth of points to give Toprak a fighting chance at the title. I honestly thought that Bautista would get into his own head about four races ago and start having bad weekends, and I guess it could still happen, but the little dude has two hands on that trophy. It's going to take an injury or a string of disasters for him to miss out on the championship.
Yeah, Bautista would have to score 17 more points than Raz and one more point than Rea over the next two rounds to wrap up the championship before the last round. It isn't mathematically possible to wrap it up this round without the organizers taking away previously earned points from Raz.
Looking at live timing for SSP and there's a Bradly Smith on the chart with a Union Jack next to his name on bike 57. Is that the same Ex-MotoGP Bradley Smith who took one up the steam pipe and nearly lost it all at LeMans? IF it is-Warrior On brother! Way to get back after it after that one!
I'm listening to a description of how concession points will be determined to see if concessions and super-concessions will be allocated to teams across next season. I think my brain melted.
He had his middle finger up almost immediately and held it the entire time he was sliding. Impressive
