Depends on which generation peg/pedal/bike you have. Worst case you could grind down the "index" that locks the peg into the plate. About 3 or 4 generations of Vortex stuff out there. The last time I tried to order a Vortex replacement pedal I was told they "make sure" that stock parts aren't compatible with their parts. Most Woodcraft pegs are made to fit stock or WC pedals, so your current pedal will be a factor too.
I had a woodcraft peg on vortex rearsets, picked one up from a guy at the track and it fit just fine on an 05 gsxr
