People get run over in mc racing; it happens because sometimes it can’t be avoided.

That motherfucker had already stopped, and then intentionally took off again to run over the dude.

Fuck him. He would see more one more time…

Panic breaking with knobbies sucks. The knobs fold and you can't stop quickly. I imagine he was sliding. I wonder if he thought there would be less trauma if he lofted the front rather than plowed into him with a locked up tire.

I know if you're down on the track you have the highest survivability if you're hit if you're low so the bike rolls over you rather than rolls through you.

Not saying what he did was right, but he may have been making an attempt to minimize injury.

That’s not the way I saw it. It looked like he was damn near stopped before he decided to hit the gas again.

That was my initial impression, and after your post I went and watched it 3 more times to reconfirm. And yeah, it looks to me like he was almost stopped before he decided to run over the dude.

Something I privately pointed out to Dave K a few days ago was that all of you obituary reading hearse chasers that pointed out that Lisa Marie, the original Wednesday Addams, and Laverne's partner in crime died totally missed Jim DiSalvo passing away 12 days ago.
