Want to know order to see how much time is between the races I *THINK* I want to race to know if I have time and energy and $$ to run them all
Chris, all the races in Fontana are on Sunday and it is an extremely busy day. The folks that are on 600's also tend to race in both 600 classes and both 750 classes so it gets really crazy for them
If you run back-to-back, have a pitmate at the track exit with fuel. If you finish top-three/in contingency, they'll stop you there for sponsor verification/post-race tech, and you can fuel in line. You'll miss your warmup lap (you just had six for the last race...), but you can turn right into the entrance and go back on the track (barring red flag) to grid up. Make sense? FWIW, on my 10R, a full tank for the first race lasts me two races.
Thats the plan, I just haven't done a WERA one day in a few years and just wanted to plan ahead. Thanks for the info.
does anyone know if they are gonna post an events schedule as it looks like they will be closed til every day cept the 29th and 30th? should we all just assume that its identical to last years?
No worries, it's already late I'm just sorting out how to include the new E Superstock class and the new Womens class.
A women's class! Seriously? What are the rules, run what you brung, or are there bike size restrictions?
Womens class will be C Superstock rules, I just need to figure out where to run it. It'll be WERA West and the Nationals for 2009, possibly everywhere in 2010.
Very interesting... That just might draw some girls from the Pac NW (including my son's g/f) to the Miller Nat'l.
