FP1 doesn't mean shit so he's fine, especially first time on the M1 and Bridgestones. He'll be much closer to the front by QP. I believe I said the same thing during the WSBK finale right before he set a new lap record.
it all comes down to QP, if he can do well he should have a decent race and a top ten. if not then its going to be fight, this circuit is hard to pass on.
Nice contrast ^^ there in cornering styles on essentially the same bikes.... Study, Ben..... I suspect he doesn't trust the fronts enough yet. That's one of the GSVR's weaknesses, is a tendency to wash out. -jim
Lmao at Toby and Julian. The first thing out of their mouths was James Toseland going to WSBK and winning another championship. Way to turn a negative into a positive!
I believe that he's talking about the wildcard rides and not the Yosh Suzuki in which case he would be correct.
The author must be a Brit. Maybe JT should have been eating a few more bricks throughout his short-lived MotoGP career. edit: Well duh! I just noticed that it is Yahoo! Eurosport UK.
So last years tires, and another make of machine. Will there be enough similarity for that to count for much of anything?
