Globally, yes it was a few million. Mostly in the elderly but the excess deaths certainly occurred and it did affect the younger as well. I was watching IAs excess deaths at the time and the spike was unmistakeable.

The jab produced spike proteins, which was the part of the original virus which caused heart damage and strokes. So the jab itself caused the same harm as the worst part of the original C19 strain.

Those deaths seem to be in the past now thankfully. The current focus is on the suppressed cancer response in the immune system. Bits of rna tools used in manufacturing makes it thru into the final product that is known to suppress your cancer fighting ability.
