http://superbikeplanet.com/2012/May/120509n.htm Glad to see it. Might as well end the shenanigans & sign him for the remainder.
until he is out of the points and the two kids are healthy...then he will dropped fast. Sad, i think he's riding well and deserves to stay all year, but im betting yamaha cant afford a 3 rider deal....will be interesting to see how it plays out...
Probably incentive based. Stay in the championship points battle, keep getting contract extensions.......
Huh. So Tommy is in complete control of the results? Suspension tech suggests the wrong settings, motor goes kaput, someone lays down oil and he goes down, etc? All of that is on Tommy?
Agreed. The beauty of a capitalistic society. You don't perform, we will find someone who will and in this market probably for less money to boot. At this point I would have to assume that Graves/Yamaha think he is the best available man for the job otherwise he wouldn't have the seat.
Unless you have a gov't job or in a Union, it is. Crap...did I just make a Dungeon comment??? Move along, nothing to see here... Congrat Tommy, keep up the good work!
Pretty much. I'm quite sure Ducati would rather have Stoner than Rossi. Performance is everything and regardless of bad juju or not... The guy on the podium gets the contract...
