Suzuki contingency question??

Mongo:
Since VIR is a Suzuki paying weekend have you recieved all the contingency information yet?
I know there was a post on RRW, but it didn't answer these questions.

Is there regional contingency in F1?
Can you still bump up a class? 600 - 750, 750 - 1000

We're at Beaver right? I seem to remember holding you off there after jumping the curb to get in front of you.

Yeah, I am ready. The bike is pretty much finished. I bought the paint for it today and the bodywork and tank have already been sanded. I am going to slip some new bearings in the rear wheels but other than that and getting it painted it is finished. Sadly, it will actually look better this year than it did last year.
