suspension setup / geometry changes for 16.5 wheels

bike: k5 gsxr 1000
tires: dunlop 16.5 slicks
marchesini 16.5 forged mag wheels (6" rear)
ohlins R&T front end
penske triple on the rear


what basic changes to the suspension/ride height etc would you recommend for this setup?

i current have 3 lines showing on the front forks above the triple.

 

anyone ?
i know i'll prolly need to raise the front to compensate for the rear tire profile being so tall...
