That's the name of it! I was trying to remember the name of the movie, especially after reading this.

 

I thought it looked pretty neat personally, although I have to wonder how secure you can feel in a lawn chair at 10,000 ft attached to balloons. I'd probably have to get one of those with the foot rest so I could prop my feet up...

 

Not a bad way to get a birds eye view into a ball park. Would have to tie-down somehow.

I don't know if I would personally trust a bunch of ballons, myself.
