SFV 650

    Hi guys- Joe Barton on the board for the first time in a long time. Just a general inquiry about the SFV 650 bikes- any experiences or advice would be most welcome. See you at the GNF and Thank you

    cheaper, nastier version of an SV lol , can be made to handle quite nicely tho. what specifically do you want to know about them?

    Heavy and slow and yes, nasty is spot on. Don't bother....

    Sup joe! Long time no see man. Kinda wondered why none of these got raced aft the extinction of the sv. Guess I know now.

    heavier than SV. Less power stock. No front fairing stay mount on neck. Subframe is welded to frame, it's heavy. Swing arm is 5lbs heavier than Sv arm. All that being said, here's mine.

    Does the swingarm pivot bolt through the motor on that thing?

    no, it goes through swing arm, same as SV. Sv motor mounts in the frame.

    That is 1st gen SV arm mounted, i didn't want to use heavy gladdy arm.

    that JHS gladdy has been all over the web since they released it. Nice bike, they put a ton of work into the motor package.
