Selling racebike to someone in Canada

Anyone ever sell a racebike to someone in Canada? It will be a bill of sale transaction as I don't have the title. The bike is legit and will never be registered for the street.

 

I have sold 2 out of the country, one with and one without title without any problems.

 

Sold one with a title, I shipped it to a spot on this side of the border, he did business on both sides, and he took it across in his trailer. Didn't sound like he had any issues.

 

if it's for off road use only it's not really that big a deal to bring across the border.
