RZ 350 Rear bounce?

Hello, Just finished restoring a RZ 350, been a lot of fun and bike is breaking in well, however at approx 35 mph the bike starts to create a bounce in the rear of the bike. Front forks are not moving so it's definitely coming from the rear. I have an Ohlin shock on the rear with all stock swing arm, stock wheels, etc.

Seems to be the worst right at 40 mph under deceleration. The rear has been balanced, however the front has not and am planning on doing it as soon as I can. (when tires were mounted the front axle was too small for the machine)

Do you think this could be just the front wheel balance or should I look for anything else.

    Thanks for any info.

Out of round tire? Swingarm bearings? Wheel bearings?
