I have just got myselfe a Aprilia RS250 and there is a few things im wondering and i hope you guys could hep me with.

Have any of you removed the oil injection?
I have heard that you need to do some mashing on the cylinders if you do that, is this true?

What should the compression be on the cylinders?
Im getting about 110psi on both right now, the bike is running good so im guessing this is ok nubers but I want to make sure.

    TIA

    re:

I'm not sure about the compression part...

To run pre-mix you'd just need to tie/block off the oil lines, remove the injector, make a block off plate to fit in the place of the injector, and remove the cable that goes from the oil injector to the cable junction box (black controller box that all of the cables go to).

They describe it in the Suzuki RGV racekit manual that you can download from www.apriliaforum.com or www.rgv250.co.uk ... Hope this helps.
