every generation has its own ignorance. boomers: ignorance of consequences , blinded by the boom - yet living the best life millennials: ignorance of real world, blinded by self importance and subsequent effects (i.e. climate change or enabling AOC to "lead" them) - yet living the worst life, but blaming the "boomers" for it

I read an article on this the other day that was saying that if a person was getting "OK boomered" alot at work that it could be considered age discrimination. But if the best someone can do is say "ok boomer" to refute a statement you are not dealing with the best and brightest so it should not be that hard to trip them up and get them fired.
About a year ago I offered my recent college grad niece an entry level management position. Bigger pay increase than what she had along with benefits and a good resume builder. She declined. Fast forward to approximately a month ago she's jumping up and down also blaming boomers boohooing she can't find a job so I intervened into her conversation and pointed out that I'd offered her a job with perks and she declined. So quit complaining. Felt good to be a gangster when she had nothing to say but a face full of embarrassment.
Well, they're either using the term boomer incorrectly or they're really into submarines. Which is it?
