Youtube is very assiduous about tracking down posters of purloined videos. Not sure if it is true, but I have read that their software doesn't catch the video if it's reversed. I have seen television shows posted in reverse, and they stay up a while, so it may work that way.
I've noticed that several prominent videos shown on network news lately have been reversed. I just wondered why no one used available technology to flip the images.
