I saw this on the Rock's IG, couldn't stop laughing my balls off at it.

 

Buddy was a cop in Chester city PA cop during his early years. A subject was high on PCP and proceeded to jump from a third story window and...well...suffered a compund fracture of his one legs. He attempted to flee the police once he landed but realized his one leg was slowing him down. Not wanting to be apprehended by responding authorities, he tore the rest of his leg if thinking that would enhance his escape.
