    They did this in Tosa / Milw on 76th St North of North Ave when I lived there. That was 8 yrs ago. They do it a lot on the back roads in northern WI.

    After a season of breaking it in here in Upstate NY, it gives awesome traction.

    Never seen it with so much tar that it gets on your paint, though.
