Not seeing how that keeps the boat out of the driveway. Trailer jack is in the driveway and part of the boat is clearly above the jack and trailer frame. Pretty sure the HOA Nazis wouldn't blink an eye violating that.

On first glance, I read that as “piercing between meats” and that’s something I’m not gonna go searching the internetz for. I mean, I know what I’ll get, but I’m happy live on without truly know what I’m gonna get.
