It's not really a "town". It might have been an unincorporated town or something at one point but now it's just a business owner(s) running a Route66 tourist trap.

 

That's too bad. I thought it was a nice touch that the Mayor spent Happy Hour once a week with his constituents at the Chicken Bones.
