Honestly I don't know what all is involved in lifting a truck that way but my guess is the blue strut(?) hanging down has become disconnected from whatever it's supposed to be connected to and the result is the rear suspension collapsed. Or maybe the simpler explanation is ... it's got a Florida tag.
That blue bar, is the panhard bar. It keeps the rear axle located left/right. Without it, the above happens, as you then only have the trailing links locating the axle.
When I drove the old school semi trucks with really heavy loads the whole truck would twist to one side when you really got into the throttle on a heavy pull.
