I guess it is? I searched for similar articles after I read that one, and found several outlets running a similar story; none of them major networks. I researched the source of the article, Jim Garrow, and he seems to be legit; he was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Also, I know that new soldiers take the oath to protect the nation against all enemies foreign and domestic; what Garrow is saying is that Obama is screening current commanding officers for those willing to give the command to fire on citizens. He is re-defining "enemy of the state," and has apparently already dismissed one general.
