Anyone else ever tried this stuff? total game changer on a freakin' cheeseburger. Local butcher shop I go to carries it in their display case, so I was intrigued and bought a 1/4 pound to try it on at a race weekend in May on burgers. In my opinion, it's just a perfect "zing" accent to your burger.
Spicy pepper cheese...nice. Lots of those out there. Now for a nice treat you need some Huntsman. Double Gloucester with Blue Stilton layers. mmmmmm.
