Meh. Obama has a personal photographer that takes a picture of his every move and then there are the countless media outlets recording public events. All presidents in recent memory have received that treatment. Selfies on the world stage are just stupid, regardless of who is doing it. Of course, IMHO, selfies are stupid period.

 

Mr. Sign Language is on the news this morning saying how he sometime suffers from mental episodes and violent behavior. This guy stood about 5 inches from our President. Nice work.

 

Just wait. The interpreter is going to become a "thing". Viral videos, flash interpreting... Nice work. Nigerian scam artists just found a new way to become relevant again.

 

To me the funniest thing about this interpreter issue is that in that one huge gathering of famous people there was probably the largest combination of top notch security in the world and yet this yo yo got that close to Obama without any of them knowing who he was. It took an observer that used sign to point out the fact that he was a fake.

Let's see, we have a national intelligence network collecting everyone's cellphone calls and e-mails, and at the same time we have an unvetted, mentally disturbed man standing next to the President at an international event.

I watched this yesterday and was thinking the same thing. This little girl knows how to put all her emotions into signing doesn't she? And to think, she was doing all that for her Mom.

 

Everything. I'm glad its funny, but it was a huge security breach that could have been horrific.

This scheisse is so weird you couldn't even make it up.

 

That coulda ended in bloodshed

but would have to have been categorized as African on African violence...
