need an Akrapovic hex can with 65mm inlet

Does anyone know of any?? Replacing a crashed unit from a EVO3 exhaust on an Aprilia RSv4. They want a small fortune for the can

 

Can you get by with only sleeve and end cap. If yes this option is way cheaper and you can do it on your own, just take your time.
