Damn this girl makes me proud. She was telling me where the fast line is. I need to start riding like a girl. Lets see photos of your kids racing.
All three bikes in this photo are mine, my step so is on the first one, Teddy's daughter is on the second one and Casey's son is on the third in my old leathers. Mini bikes are fun to share, I take all three even when my wife and kids stay home. http://www.flickr.com/photos/98577932@N00/7050753723/in/photostream/lightbox/ Hate Flickr
Well, mine doesn't race, but she is my little pit crew princess. She actually did more than just sit there and eat cookies. I was racing two bikes at Tally this particular weekend and she would have the other bike ready for me when I had to swap during practice and races. She also took care of the transponder swap. She had a blast!
Super cool.... This is my 5 year old. Who turned 8 Who turned 12 Who turned 16 Careful what you wish for...it gets expensive!
I especially love that last picture. She's really hot-shoeing that turn. Mert Lawwill would be proud. http://mertlawwill.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=79:welcome
Cool flat track shots. My girl doesn't show any interest in riding in the dirt. She likes dragging a knee.
One weekend Taylor Knapp and his dad invited us to a TD at Gratten. Stevie took the riders school with one of Taylor's SV650s (turkey pan and all). They all made fun of her with her DT leathers and all. She finished the day off winning the mock race. The one and only time she has RRed, except for riding the DTer on a few paved 1/2 miles in Florida during Bikeweek.
