The Brit commentators made a comment that he was so worked up he was punching out the fire extinguisher on the wall, lol.
I really enjoyed this race and the finish was awesome and unexpected. I almost lost it when my boy Quatararo had the lead and opened it before getting reeled back in. Think he had it up to near 1 second lead. When he gets on a bike that doesn't get walked away from in the straights he's going to be consistently battling for not just podiums, but wins too. He needs a factory ride and Yamaha needs to take a que from Honda and build a better engine. If not, they're gonna lose him when his contract is up.
F1 usually has no battles for the lead so that’s the only racing for position. Maybe F1 should make the rules so that there are actually battles for the lead for more than a lap after the start.
I was just about to say, imagine if that had come out of Rossi's mouth what the haters would say. Edit: See above FIM needs to allow them to install a 2 mil kit like MA did for the SVs Probably not using the correct red limiter
True, but the major difference is MM could have punted Dovi, taken the grid penalty and still won't lose the title...
It was depressing watching how much he was gapped on the straights and impressive how long he stuck with them just murdering the front on the brakes.
That's funny you say that because I was just reading a thread on R/motogp today where some guys were suggesting F1 try to steal some guys from MotoGP because they think they do a much better job... I would agree with you on some weekends, but Dovi and Marc were close enough the whole race for things to happen at any time and I think they did a decent job.
