Hopefully, but still. The guy's a dynasty decendant who's proven himself time and time again, even dominating the TT this year.

Rhetorical question - does he need to pay for his ride now, too?

 

where does it say he would have had to pay for his ride? where does it say the economy is the issue?

Thats a shame....but with the timing of it (so early), I smell a negotiating ploy. i could be wrong.

I hope he comes to terms with someone.

I guess in TT rider fashion, I have to hand it to him for having the balls to say no.:up:

I read one of the comments that said a MotoGP umbrella girl makes more than an IOM rider.....if thats true, that sad.

 

Or someone to take the existing offer and not be greedy...

 

given how permanent death is I'd be a little greedy when running that track

maybe he's a little concerned now that hutchy is back on form. I'd mandate a competitive package too given the situation.

 

He's waiting for the 2015 Suzuki

 

He was, more or less, paying his own way on the 600 last year.

 

Guess that depends on which rider you are...

 

....And possibly which Umbrella Girl you are too.

I guess there could be some sort of an anomoly, like some high paid model working as an UG vs the lowest paid rider or something like that.....but man, even that is difficult.

The guy, KSW, who made the comment, actually made some decent points in his "rantish" post.

He should be but no that's not like him. Michael has been very vocal about the money problems for a couple seasons now. More so in 2013 and concerning the Irish series in particular.

 

I follow one of the NGM Mobile on social media and she posted something saying that they needed a replacement umbrella girl for something like $100 and access to the after party.

I don't think any of the umbrella girls are set for retirement or anything like that. I assume it is a job that they do for the perks/experience kind of like NFL cheerleaders.
