I'm going to give you guys that haven't played this the key strategic hints. This is a no-bullshit post. 1) Review the Race Calendar at http://mcn.fantasyleague.com/Article.aspx?id=402 as this is how long you are "stuck" with your current picks and how many races are run in each series. It also tells you when and how long your transfer windows are. 2) When picking your riders, match the cost of the riders to the benefit of how many races each series will compile in the upcoming section of the Race Calendar. Points are exactly the same for each series, so think carefully. That's it, and if you work the math you'll have a much better shot of beating your sworn BBS enemies at the end of the racing season. End of lesson. -jim
That's what I used as my team name. But yeah, other than Doyle and a few others I have no idea who is who.
stupid work filter wont let me go to mcn site. hopefully i'll remember to sign up tonight. Team MA-SHEEN haha
Alright kids, you've got about 15 minutes to sign up or get your changes in for round one. We've got more than 30 teams. Start clickin'. I'm watching my email, but it's on you now. -jim
I'm stoked for this. Looks to be a lot cooler than the previous MotoGP only fantasy league where you had to pick a manu, a team, and a rider. I just didn't care for the format. I am going to suck at this though, my BSB dudes are the JRP and Davie Stone of BSB. (just kidding, you're both plenty faster than me, relax). Are there any AMA fantasy leagues going?
Yeah, if I remember correctly that one also went tits up mid-season, while I was leading. Wasn't too happy about that. -jim
Yup. Actually forgot about that. And that interface was a bitch to negotiate. This'll be great, specially with a little WERA league.
