lightweight motorcycle work table

    Looking for one with foldable legs....alum.

    I'm thinking of making one out of 2x4's and plywood. Should be cheaper than $225.

    I think Huey had plans posted on here at one time. Or at least pictures. Another one is here, lots of other cool stuff on the site as well.

    That's what I did. I put my bike on stands and measured to eye level. Decided on hwo wide and long I wanted it (plenty of room for tools/stands) and went to Lowe's and got about $60 worth of stuff. Came up with this and i LOVE it

    i have one of the powerstands and like it a lot, but it isn't aluminum and weighs about 60lbs. powerstands does have a good racers support program also. cnracing has an aluminum stand, but is is quit a bit more expensive.

    If you notice the weight, it says 70 pounds. I had one and couldn't stand the lug of an item (although Charlie at Powerstands is a great guy and very helpful to racers). It really is just too darn heavy. Solid Steel though. Something lighter weight would be better.
