Saw Pedrosa walk out from his motorhome & cross the pit lane to get to his garage just B4 the start of this session. He was geared up & his upper body was looking very stiff & he had no smile on his face.
How cool/strange to see Loris C out there in khakis spreading cement dust with the crew. It's good he's still around the sport. The Joker is on fire as expected. I hope he doesn't have any flight time like Lorenzo did coming to grips with the place. Laguna punishes over confidence.
Designed by Dave K? I'm on a train halfway between Tahoe and Laguna. Old school, but it does have 22 oz. bottles of Laguna IPA and wifi, so all good. -jim
That lid made my pee pee move even though I HATE camo. I'd replace the bullets with a pack of marlboros.
No shit Sherlock. Absolutely crushed for the Attack team. At least the godawful accent was unhurt. That was big crash.
I've worked that station; all the corkscrew stations, actually. Its a fun corner. I was in 5 that year, IIRC.
Sucks, Blake killed the APR bike http://www.roadracingworld.com/news...ormance-racing-out-of-red-bull-us-grand-prix/
And no one said anything about the red flag during that 1st AMA Superbike running practice? "He who cannot be named" crashed in T2. I was over @ T5 so I didn't see the incident. They rolled a med unit out for that one so I knew it was my chance to hike up the corkscrew. Not sure of his status...
That's a shame for the attack crew. Where's the Gp tech bike? Haven't been on the beeb in a few weeks so I'm behind
Damn beaubier would qualify on second row P6 in the sbk race as of right now on a 600. I realize Laguna isn't a hp track but that's F'ing impressive
