They missed Ann Coulter when attempting to pie-face her. How in hell are these guys going to protect us from terrorists when they can't even hit a girl with a pie?

They "were charged with criminal damage, a felony, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, vandalism, and assault without injury." if that is not over charging, i have never been "over-served".

 

The only time you're over-served is when you super-size it at Burger King.

 

Out of all that, I'm sure most everything will be dropped or continued and anything they are found guilty of will result in suspended or delayed sentences. They might pay a little fine.
