Lying to the public and censoring the media in regards to public health is beyond wrong and transcends politics as an issue that affects all of us equally. In this case it also involves racing and racer health; being genuinely concerned and interested is not at all out of line. IMHO
I think, that the boss man is speaking literally, ie: the "General" section of the WERA BBS is not the correct location to speak about politics/censoring the media. I believe it is a subtle attempt to remind people to not get political in "General", that is what the "Dungeon" is for.
Um, yeah, still doesn't change that political bullshit in General is a bad move. Nowhere did I say you couldn't or shouldn't talk about it. I said it's the wrong forum. I do tend to use specific words on purpose...
I just want you to know. This post ^^^made me laugh. I think it has to do with the Vella thread on the other forum I re-read yesterday. I still don't know why it made me chuckle.
Hey it's not my forum, thank the good lord. I just saw the OP post as more racing relevant than politically oriented. I mean it's not like he said, "These tyrants are keeping me from vacationing there." That is all.
