What? I buy car insurance because it is required by law, and I presume I will need it at some point.

Home insurance, is required by the mortgage company.

I can agree life insurance and disability are probably an emotion, since I want to make sure my family is covered.

Healthcare....I don't think so, I believe I read more people go bankrupt because of medical, vs. any other reason.

Lol, no, I wish, when we moved in, in 2007, it was 5500, had hurricane damage twice since then.
The reason why the flood Insurance is so cheap by comparison is that I live on the river road, literally along the Mississippi, and so it's the highest point in the city.

Don't you still have to pay for health insurance?
When i was in school every year i had to sign and waiver and provide proof that i had insurance outside of the school.

    :stupid:

That's how GA is, I just filled out a piece of paper to pull the registration on the Buell and it's been in the garage ever since. I use our inland marine policy to insure it for theft and fire.

No never had to pay monthly or yearly. I do have a 3 dollar copay for everything. Best insurance ive ever had. Sad really

I dont really have to sign everthing. Pretty sure i will have to reapply for next year tho.
