    P. S. Chrome always seems to work better for me than other browsers.

How was the crowd compared to past weekends when the GP was in town?

    WAY down.

The first two years I had friends go and it was sold out.
The last couple of years very full, this time I'm guessing it was 1/10 filled.

Did not know it was happening until Wednesday before the race, expected it to be during the GP like all the past years.
For me that's an issue, we host riders from all over and it was normally on Saturday, that's the BBQ night and I do the grilling.

Hope for the racers sake it comes back to GP weekend, or the get the word out much better.

    That's Interesting.

Larry Lawrence is from Indianapolis and he posted something on Facebook the other day about there being tons of advertising in local media.

Bummed to hear that the turnout wasn't as high.

I'm thinking the looming rain storm also might have caused a bunch of people to not go.

    You might be right.
On the advertising, guess they did not hit the markets I listen to or watch.
    Don't remember any TV ad's.

I saw a few commercials on local tv. A local radio station, Q95, had numerous ads for the last few weeks. The lack of the GP crowd is what hurt attendance. I'll bet they move the date next year.
