If anyone is looking to move to or in the Atlanta area here's a mechanics dream. 6 bay garage, lift, great location, and a nice house too boot. Out of my price range unfortunately.

That isn't a bad price for that house and location, actually. That is actually unincorporated DeKalb, but that area is being fought over now for annexation to Brookhaven.

 

I don't recall the sqft off the top of my head but in my zip $350.0 per foot is average right now. And that's off the peak.

If it’s in a stable location that’s not a bad deal.

 

That price equates to $500/sq. foot. Not just no, but hell no.
