Piper, are you CNC machining these... not asking about dimensions and such just curious because i was a machinist for 12 years. I still would like to go back to school to learn CNC set up and editing... also CAD/CAM. I want to eventually buy a HAAS or Fanuc machine to make molds for my composites parts.

 

Look at the pictures in the first post. You can easily tell they are CNC'd. If he had to make them by hand he'd have to charge 10x as much.

 

Yes, these are CNC machined on a Haas machine.

 

Yup, I made the first set for myself on a manual machine about two years ago. I had a few friends that wanted a set but it was WAY too time consuming to make any more than a one-of part. I finally got the time to write the programs for these so I figured I would offer them here as well.:up:
