I'm actually banking on the 'blind reach into the hat theory'. That's the only way I can get close to the GNF i'm sure.
John, since my wife is trying to be funny, I will answer It is based on points. The top 15 in each region, in each class, gets invited. However, since you can only be invited once in each class, and some people race multi-regions, sometimes people get invited who are as far back as 20th place. Aslo, since the national series national championship is decided on points and not one race at the GNF, if you race at a nationals, you will be invited for that race.
Re: Re: GNF question Thanks Michael. I've been running around looking for cool stuff to bribe her with.
Re: Re: GNF question WHOA! So you mean if a scrub like myself races at the Cycle Jam, I could quite possibly get an invite?
Re: Re: Re: GNF question Race the national at Cycle Jam and you will be eligible for the national races at the GNF.
Re: Re: Re: GNF question If you do well yes. You would have 40 points for a win which could get you an invite from one of the less well attended regions since the Cycle Jam pays points in all regions.
