Thank you for the explanation and where to go look up the exercises, I will look it up later today. @eggfooyoung I’ve recently had a couple episodes where I start to lose balance. I have attributed that to everything going on with my eye surgeries/double vision and we have been trying different glasses as well as amounts of prism to try and help with the problem. So consequently my brain isn’t getting consistent signals from my eyes. Anyway, hopefully we all get better and soon!!!
Did you keep your job? I will remember that in case we are battling in the old fart class on single ducati 250’s.
accupuncture? turned on the IR lamp and it’s much better… should probably drop those 30lbs (again) to make my right (destroyed) knee operate better and get that imbalanced load off my spine
Not acupuncture. These needles are larger, and are pushed all the way into the offending muscles. Essentially, it forces a spasming or tight muscle to relax, upon removal of the needle. It hurts horribly for a few seconds, but the relief following is amazing. It has taken me from nearly immobile to walking fine more than once. If you search "dry needling" in your area you should be able to find Physical Therapists who offer it. They can also attatch stem leads to the needles while they are inserted.
