I was referring to eggs balance worries. This isn't "exercise," these are very specific exercises, involving head rotation and movement to help with balance.
Magnesium citrate is great for clearing out a clogged dumper/shit cutter as well. I like to flex and use some of the medical terms I'm lernin ..
I had a mess of readers (2.0) all over my house back in the 90's. About 12 years ago my girlfriend started nagging me about seeing an optometrist. (Among other things she liked to nag about.) I got the glasses, got rid of her. So now at 71, I've got glasses, got a hip that slows me down, (Plus side is I got a handicap parking permit.) a stroke that told me to slow down, ( My theme song is Comfortably Numb.) and generally cruising along. My insurance freaked out because I haven't gotten a colonoscopy and I don't exercise. My mother always said when she goes, she wants it to be sudden, which she did. Sounds good to me.
As long as you don't see it coming, it's no big deal. At least that was my experience with the first two attempts the reaper has made against me.
Hmmm, I need to learn more about this. About 6-9 months ago I drove the lotus up this curvy pass of 20-30 ish miles. I got lucky and there was no traffic so I was having a blast and then towards the top I got a little dizzy and pulled over. Recovered and it didn’t happen again. I mentioned it to a doctor during a checkup and he didn’t say anything. It probably was the eye doctor because I’ve had two eye surgeries this year trying to correct my double vision, and I wondered if there was a link?
Tore an old trampoline apart and loaded it on the truck this weekend. Alongside an old plastic slide. drove to the dump, sitting in the seat my lower back felt weird. Got out and could barely move. Went to see the chiro this am, will go again later. Did a few miles on the MTB to get some movement. 44 ffs. Heat pad and voltaren gel.
I have two inner ear problems, on my right side I suffer Menieres Disease, it can cause attacks of vertigo, which I had a couple of but they have abated. My hearing in that ear is pretty poor so I wear an aid. There's bugger all that can be done about that apart from some dietry changes, cut right down on sodium, remain very hydrated etc. In my left ear I suffer(ed) from Basal Proximinal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). This is where the problems from the crystals in the ear come in and for quite a while I had real problems with vertigo, in fact in the last couple of years at work I very rarely worked a full couple of weeks without having to take a day off sick when I had an attack. I actually think it was this more than the Menieres which was the problem. Both of these are quite difficult to diagnose and it took awhile to actually narrow it down to what the problems were. I ended up going to physical therapy, which sounds odd considering it is an ear problem but I was given certain exercises to do which involve rotating the head and also some which have to be done with eyes closed. They really did the trick, although I also retired and am not staring at a monitor for eight hours a day now so that has also helped. My symptoms started a little slowly, a couple of times I got dizzy and it passed very quickly but then all of a sudden it was really bad. It was not a couple of years I wish to repeat. If you look up Vestibular Exercises for Vertigo there's a whole bunch there that can be used.
I "feel" your pain. I have lower back issues, muscular in nature. I try to stay on top of my core work, and a little Pilates/yoga. I get dry needling done whenever it "goes out" , and it immediately gives me mobility back. If your issues are muscular, I highly recommend a competent PT and the needling.
All you poor, poor people bitching about your eyes. I've had glasses since the 2nd grade, and I'm currently at a -7.75 diopter. I can only focus about 6" in front of my face without them, where it used to be about arms length way back when. Going through grade school sucked when you were short/skinny, had glasses, and was smatter than just about everyone. What an easy target I was... And, 2 heart attacks, high BP, pre-diabeetus, etc etc. Amazing I am still un-dead actually, when I look back at all the accidents and health issues I've had. But I've never considered myself sickly or in poor health. lol
years ago when I was starting a new job and still in the probationary period... I had a bad tumble on my mtb. Couldnt bend, negotiate or walk very well and I did not want to call in sick. I had my wife plaster my back with lidocaine patches that week...lol
