Gearing Recommendations

Anyone have gearing recommendations for:
Aprilia RS250
Honda RS125

For the following tracks:
CMP, VIR north, VIR South and Road Atlanta?

This has most of what you're looking for.

 

I have seen that but it is missing the 250 for CMP and I will assume that VIR on there is North course, so would like to know south course as well.

 

Do those USGPRU gearing recommendations really translate over to an Aprilia cup bike, or in my case and RGV? I'll be riding my VJ22 at both VIR and Road America next month and would rather not have to worry about running out of gear. So far I've only had it at Jennings and Barber so not exactly stretching it's legs.
