The best is sending them to BB and his phone call after he got my leathers that were previously worked on at the track by her. That's all i can say, but i was wondering what happened to her.
How the hell are you getting DAYS out of one day? FWIW Ogre hasn't even posted on his own board since tues.
Yesterday and today total 2 days. Still doesn't explain the lack of return phone calls for weeks. I can't wait for the excuse this time from Ogre or Fiona.
Well I am not the only one. I have my own story with Fiona's...but I wont' share it here. I was hoping it was just me but obviously not. They seem to be pretty nice but are absolutly terrible at customer service. Returning phone calls is not even in their vocabulary and getting things done on time is rare...then half the time if it is it not done right or completely. Then you get a bunch of excuses of why it wasn't. Not cool. I can't imagine how people think they can run a business like that.
I got word that she is out at Road Atlanta this weekend with Nesba. Nice how she's drumming up more business when she can't take care of what she already has.
Last year a RRR she was going to put my name on my leathers, " come back in hte morniong she says'. The next day she says "I will mail then to you tuesday". 3 weeks later and after my wife making several calls, they appeared. And thats my story.
